- Do I need to be a Castle client to use it?
- Copilot depends on your e-commerce integrations being built and maintained. That is why it comes with continuous follow-through — it is what makes its answers trustworthy.
- Can it change prices or stock without me seeing?
- No. Every action that writes to a system is presented as a proposal and only runs after your approval, with a record of what changed.
- Does it work with my ERP?
- It depends on the ERP exposing an API or an integration point. In the conversation we check your case before promising anything.
- Can I use it on WhatsApp?
- Yes — text or voice. Same assistant as the browser, same permissions, same logging.
- When will it be available?
- It is under construction. Part of the lookup capabilities already runs on our projects; the rest arrives in stages. We tell you in the conversation what can be switched on today for your operation.
